1.     Barbecue Ribs
There are few cuisines more quintessentially American than barbecue, and ribs are arguably the ultimate barbecue dish. Ribs are found in almost every country under different a guise.
In America, they're traditional to the American South, particularly Texas. They are marinated in a dry rub with salt and cracked pepper, then smoked low and slow, the sauce is added near the end and sizzled on.
In American cuisine, ribs usually refers to barbecue pork ribs, or sometimes beef ribs, which are served with various barbecue sauces.


2.      Buffalo Wings
A Buffalo wing or Buffalo chicken wing in the cuisine of the United States is a chicken wing section (wingette or drumette) that is generally deep-fried, unbreaded, and coated in vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and butter.
Neither the origin of the name nor the food item itself have anything to do with actual buffalo, this tasty item originated in the Anchor Bar, Buffalo, New York.
Chicken wings that coated with a signature spicy hot sauce, served with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks have become known all over the world as Buffalo Wings.

3.     Corn Dog
A corn dog is a sausage coated in a thick layer of cornmeal batter on a stick. Corn dogs are popular fair food, and for good reason: the crunchy cornmeal crust pairs perfectly with the juicy hot dog within. Mounting them on a stick creates a portable treat you can eat while walking.
Serve the corn dogs, use ketchup and mustard as condiments.










4. Turducken

If you’ve never heard of turducken and you are a meat lover, prepare to rejoice. A turducken is a de-boned chicken (or hen) stuffed into a de-boned duck, which is then stuffed into a de-boned turkey. Outside of the United States and Canada, Turducken is known as a Three Bird Roast.
The Turducken dish is actually what is known as engastration, which is a culinary tactic of stuffing one animal inside the gastric passage of another and then cooking them as one. Turduckens can also stuffed with dressing between the different meats to have additional flavor.
Turducken becomes a popular dish around the Thanksgiving day.

Bacon typically goes through a curing process, where the meat is soaked in a solution of salt, nitrates, spices and sometimes sugar. In some cases the bacon is smoked afterwards.
